By purchasing and participating in the Happiest Hour 6-Week Experience (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

• 1. Program Overview

The Happiest Hour 6-Week Experience is a coaching and educational program designed to provide support, tools, and conversation for individuals exploring their relationship with alcohol and personal wellbeing. The program includes weekly modules, group discussion, and optional community support.

This program is not therapy, medical treatment, or addiction treatment.

• 2. Personal Responsibility

Participants understand that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results during and after the program.

Nothing in this program should be considered medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Participants should consult appropriate healthcare professionals when needed.

• 3. Participation

This program is designed as a collaborative experience. Participants are encouraged—but not required—to engage with the materials, group discussion, and exercises.

Individual results will vary.

• 4. Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others in the group. Personal stories, identities, or information shared within the group or community space must remain confidential.

• 5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a supportive environment, participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect
• Avoid judgment or harassment
• Maintain confidentiality
• Participate in a constructive and supportive manner

The program facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines.

• 6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final.

Because of the limited number of spots and the digital nature of the program, no refunds will be issued once the program has been purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the program—including worksheets, modules, videos, and written content—are the intellectual property of Happiest Hour.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this program, you agree that Happiest Hour and its facilitator are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation.
